The short answer is yes, But don't worry our contracts are designed that if you truly wish to not continue our service you can do so with as little as 30 days notice with no financial penalties.
We aim to lock prices in for a 1 year term and most times they won't change even after that, But as the cost of living, wages and overall life increase then our service fees may do so as well. We always provide 30 days notice to any changes and ensure full transparency when doing so.
No, Our social media management pricing is a custom hand tailored package built specifically for your brand only. Every client has different needs and so the cost is never the same. We provide a detailed quote that includes pricing for all services you may require as well as a hourly rate for extra services such as organization and office assistance so if you ever require help no one is caught off guard.
All of our accounts are billed monthly with a detailed invoice and must be paid within the payment cycle detailed on the initial agreement of services. We accept all major credit cards, cheques, bank transfers, debit and cash as forms of payment. Invoices can be paid by secure link included in our invoice software.
Every client is different and we aim to make our service experience fast and efficient. Most times no check is required but occasionally at the initial start of services we may ask you to complete a credit application to confirm good standing financials based on the monthly amount of the contract.
